We may be able to work towards having your case sealed or removed from public record. Or, we may be able to lessen or remove any penalties.

Low-cost representation

Criminal Defense

We can provide defense in limited criminal matters including vacating pending traffic violations, managing misdemeanors, or dealing with probation or low-level felony warrants.

We can help you get your license back in good standing and restore your driving privileges.

Remove arrest warrants

Arrest Warrants

We may be able to resolve outstanding warrants for misdemeanors, traffic offenses, probation violations, and other matters.

UPDATE: Expanded Eligibility For Felony Records

Effective April 12 2021, those with unlimited felonies of the 4th and 5th degree (primarily thefts and drug offenses) can apply to have them sealed after only one year. Many more people with felony convictions are now eligible to seal their records!
